I run network.io on my own community.
Here are the real numbers.

Totem is the community I run. I built network.io because I needed it. Every feature on the product page is something I use myself, weekly.

Numbers pulled live from the database — refreshed every 10 minutes.

Why I built it

I run B&B for the day-to-day, just like everyone else who buys network.io. The same problems they have, I had first. The same playbook I sell, I run on myself every week before I sell it to anyone else.

Before network.io: Discord events disappeared into the void after 24 hours. Reminders were manual. There was no way to know who was actually showing up vs clicking the bell and forgetting. RSVPs lived in Discord, the email list lived in another tool, the analytics lived in my head.

Now: every event syncs automatically. Reminders fire automatically. Members get a public page they can share. I see exactly who's engaged and who's drifting. The same product, same dashboard you see if you sign up.

What changed

What I'd tell you if you ran a community like mine

The thing I underestimated was how much friction RSVPs through Discord add. People forget. They click "Interested" and never show. The minute we put a real page on the internet that anyone could RSVP through (no Discord account required), attendance went up. It's mechanical. It's not magic. It just removes friction.

If you want me to set this up for your community in 30 days — same system, same numbers, your audience — that's what Founders Setup is.
