Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Free tier

The Free tier never requires payment, so there is nothing to refund. No card is ever taken to use it.

Founder (£997 one-time)

Founder is a one-time application-only purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked — email us and it's processed within 5 business days.

After the 14-day window, the purchase is final. This reflects that a Founder spot is one of a capped 30, priced at a founding rate locked for life — once the window closes we treat the seat as claimed.

Lena (£50 one-time)

If Lena has not yet been added to a Discord server, or has been added but no bot activity/messages have occurred, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once Lena has been actively used in your server past the 7-day window, the purchase is non-refundable — access is permanent and one-time, so there is no ongoing subscription to cancel instead.

Guest Call Packages

The Guest Call Package (£180) is refundable in full only if the call/session has not yet taken place. Once the call has been delivered, the service has been rendered and the purchase is final — this is the same standard treatment as any delivered consulting or coaching service.

If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, contact us before the scheduled time and we'll find another slot — this doesn't count against the refund window.

How to request a refund

Email stan.network.io@gmail.com with the email address or Discord account used to purchase, and which product it relates to. We aim to confirm eligibility within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider — we can resolve most issues faster than a dispute process, and an unresolved chargeback may result in loss of access to any paid features.
