Terms of Service

network.io ("we", "us", "our") is a web platform that connects Discord community servers with a public-facing event listing, RSVP system, and analytics dashboard. By using network.io you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You must have a Discord account to sign in. By connecting your Discord account you agree to Discord's own Terms of Service.

Your account is personal and you are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must not share your account with anyone else or use someone else's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Server owners who register as partners ("Partners") agree to:

• Only list events they have the right to promote.
• Not use the platform to promote illegal content, spam, or misleading events.
• Keep their server profile accurate and up to date.

We may remove any partner listing at our discretion without notice if it violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (event descriptions, images, notes). By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on network.io for the purpose of operating the service.

You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.

When you RSVP to an event, your name and email address may be shared with the organising server's partner account so they can communicate event updates with you. You can withdraw your RSVP at any time from your dashboard.

You may receive transactional emails (RSVP confirmations, event reminders) related to events you register for. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

network.io offers a Free tier and a paid Founder tier, plus optional add-ons (including Lena and the Guest Call Package). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes.

If you've purchased a Guest Call Package as a guest speaker, additional deliverable-specific terms apply — see our Guest Call Package Terms. The network.io name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

We aim to keep network.io available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email where possible.

network.io is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
