This page applies to you if you've been a guest speaker on a call hosted through network.io and you've purchased the Guest Call Package (£180). It sits alongside — not instead of — our main Terms of Service.
If you spoke on a call but didn't purchase the package, this page doesn't apply to you — you'll still get any free performance summary the host chooses to share, but none of the paid deliverables below.
Purchasing the package entitles you to the following, tracked and claimed individually from your own Discord DMs with Lena:
The 3-business-day figure above is a service level for the short clips specifically. The other items don't carry a fixed delivery date, but we don't sit on them — video editing and uploads take real production time, and we'll flag it if anything is running unusually late.
Separately from the claim-menu items above, if your call had attendees who were clearly engaged — measured by how long they stayed in the voice channel and whether they participated in chat — Lena automatically sends you a DM naming your top 3 "warmest" attendees, their Discord handle, and a suggested opening message you can send them directly.
This is generated automatically from real tracked attendance data (voice minutes and chat activity during the call), not a guess or a manual pick by network.io staff. It's included at no extra step for you — you don't need to claim it separately.
You're responsible for how you use this: reach out like a normal person following up after a genuine conversation, not with unsolicited bulk messages. See our Community Member Terms for what attendees are told about this.
To generate the report, clips, and warm-lead intro, we track voice-channel attendance time, chat activity during the tracked event, and RSVP status for anyone in the server the call took place in. We only ever share an attendee's Discord username with you (which is already visible to you in the shared server) — never a private email, phone number, or real name unless the attendee has separately given that to you directly.

We may adjust what's included in future packages sold after a given date, but we won't retroactively remove something you already paid for and were promised at time of purchase.
